Riverside Drive in Saint Charles – also accessible from Main Street at the corner of Perry. \nSocial hour – 6:00 PM\, Presentation – 7:00 PM \nGreenway Network Board member Kelly Dunlap – “Introducing the Stream Care Guide” \nThe Stream Care Guide was designed by the Soil and Water Conservation Department\, City of Wentzville\, and St. Charles County to inform and educate all residents of their role in their watersheds. Everyone wants clean water\, but not everyone understands the connection between activities in their watershed and the effects on water. This guide takes the reader on a journey to understand their county’s watersheds\, streams\, and rivers; to locate themselves on a map within their watersheds and to visualize “when it rains\, it drains”. They discover how their yard drains to a particular stream and on to the next until flowing into the mighty rivers on their way to the Gulf.
